These include adding court fee payments to exemptions, requiring ID proof for transactions at consumer cooperative stores, and restricting utility bill payments to current or arrears only. Advance payments are not allowed. Exemptions for toll payments on highways are removed, as separate instructions will be issued. The government assures sufficient cash availability with the Reserve Bank of India, and cash supply to banks and ATMs is being gradually increased.
