<h1>WTO Workshop in Delhi Boosts Technical Skills for Fair Anti-Dumping Investigations, Focuses on Transparency and Compliance with WTO Rules.</h1> The Delhi Regional Anti-Dumping Workshop for Asian Investigating Authorities, organized by the WTO and the Centre for WTO Studies, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, gathered 37 officials from 18 systems to enhance technical capacity for fair anti-dumping investigations. The event, featuring experts from both developing and developed countries, addressed issues like sunset reviews, transparency, and rights of defense. It aimed to improve the application of anti-dumping measures in compliance with WTO rules. Indian officials highlighted the importance of these rules for fair trade and announced efforts to make their investigation process ISO compliant and more transparent.
