Central Government services have been identified for issuance of unique Business Identification Number (BIN).  The details of list of 10 services are annexed.  It was agreed to by the participating Ministries/ Departments that INC-29 form of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) will be considered as Common Application Form (CAF) for 10 services. Based on the comments received from Ministries/ Departments the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has been requested to notify this form and to carry out the necessary software changes in the system.  The layout of the form has been finalized. The software development has commenced at eBiz end and MCA has been requested to make necessary modifications in their software to accommodate the changes.  After development of software and audit of the same BIN, shall be launched on eBiz portal.

Unique Business Identification Number to unify registrations using a Common Application Form, pending software changes and eBiz rollout. Issuance of a Unique Business Identification Number (BIN) will consolidate ten central government registration and licensing services using INC 29 as the Common Application Form (CAF). The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is to notify the form and modify its software while eBiz undertakes development; following software completion and audit the BIN will be launched on the eBiz portal to enable integrated digital processing of the specified services.
