<h1>All states and union territories set up MSE Facilitation Councils to resolve payment delays under MSMED Act, 2006.</h1> All states and union territories have established Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Councils (MSEFCs) to address delayed payment cases for micro and small enterprises, as mandated by the MSMED Act, 2006. These councils must resolve cases within 90 days. The Ministry of MSME introduced a Framework for Revival and Rehabilitation of MSMEs in 2015, allowing enterprises to seek assistance through a bank-constituted committee. The Reserve Bank of India revised this framework in collaboration with the Ministry in March 2016.
