<h1>RBI Sets New Reference Rate: USD at Rs. 66.4950, Euro at Rs. 75.9107, GBP at Rs. 94.7487, Yen at Rs. 61.38.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US Dollar at Rs. 66.4950 on April 12, 2016, an increase from Rs. 66.3925 on April 11, 2016. Corresponding exchange rates for other currencies against the Rupee were also provided: the Euro was at Rs. 75.9107, the British Pound at Rs. 94.7487, and 100 Japanese Yen at Rs. 61.38 on April 12, 2016. These rates are based on the US Dollar reference rate and cross-currency quotes. The Special Drawing Rights (SDR) to Rupee rate will also be determined using this reference rate.
