The corresponding rate for the previous day (March 14, 2016) was ₹ 67.0230.

Based on the reference rate for the US Dollar and the middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rate of EUR, GBP and JPY against the Rupee are given below:

Reference rate for US dollar updated, altering INR cross rates for euro, pound and yen and informing SDR rupee conversion. The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US dollar at Rs. 67.2290 for March 15, 2016, noting the prior day's rate, and, based on that reference rate and middle cross currency quotes, published corresponding exchange rates for the euro, pound sterling and Japanese yen; the release further states that the SDR Rupee rate will be based on the announced reference rate.
