The project targets rural producers and households in the Kosi River Basin and is structured into five components: Flood Risk Management; Agricultural Productivity and Competitiveness; Connectivity; Contingent Emergency Response; and Implementation Support, aiming to increase agricultural production, expand irrigation access and improve transport connectivity.
