Developed by NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, under the guidance of various government departments, the portal offers a single window for accessing information and applying for educational loans and scholarships. It features a common application form, multiple bank applications, loan processing status updates, and a grievance facility. Currently, 13 banks have registered 22 loan schemes, with five banks integrated for status updates. This initiative aims to streamline access to educational funding across India.
