The Reserve Bank of India’s Reference Rate for the US Dollar is ₹ 62.6728 on March 26, 2015.

The corresponding rate for the previous day (March 25, 2015) was ₹ 62.3419.

Based on the reference rate for the US Dollar and the middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rate of EUR, GBP and JPY against the Rupee are given below:

Reference rate for US dollar sets exchange-rate anchors and determines EUR, GBP and JPY rupee conversions for the quoted date. Reserve Bank of India published the US dollar reference rate for the date and the previous day, and, using that reference and middle cross-currency quotes, provided rupee conversion rates for the euro, pound sterling and Japanese yen; the notice further states the SDR rupee rate will be based on the published reference rate.
