<h1>Indian Railways to Conduct HR Audit: Improve Workforce, Launch ERP System, Train Staff in Soft Skills, Yoga, Upgrade Facilities.</h1> The Union Railway Minister announced a systematic Human Resource Audit for Indian Railways to enhance workforce preparedness and organizational performance. The 2015-16 Railway Budget includes plans to improve employee productivity to global standards, create a separate HRD accounting head, and develop an ERP-based HR management system. A Railway University is being set up, and frontline staff will receive soft skills training. Yoga training will be provided, especially for Railway Protection Force staff. Efforts will be made to repair staff quarters and improve health services. Additionally, four Holiday Homes will be upgraded for staff recreation.
