NSIC's role in providing marketing, technology, credit, and information support to MSMEs was praised, along with its Rapid Incubation Programme fostering entrepreneurship. NSIC achieved a business turnover of Rs. 17,444 crore in 2013-14, marking a 25% growth, with a gross income of Rs. 418.04 crore and a profit before tax of Rs. 114.71 crore.
