The Sarnath-Gaya-Varanasi Buddhist circuit will receive world-class amenities to attract global tourists. The National Heritage City Development and Augmentation Yojana (HRIDAY) is launched with Rs. 200 crore to preserve heritage in cities like Mathura and Amritsar. Additionally, the Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual Augmentation Drive (PRASAD) is introduced with a Rs. 100 crore budget. An additional Rs. 100 crore is allocated for archaeological site preservation. Goa is highlighted for development as an international convention center through a public-private partnership.
