<h1>RBI Sets Lower Reference Rates for USD and Euro; British Pound and Yen Also Decrease.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US dollar at Rs. 60.9850 and for the Euro at Rs. 84.5255 on March 7, 2014. These rates were slightly lower than those on March 6, 2014, which were Rs. 61.3242 for the US dollar and Rs. 84.1866 for the Euro. Consequently, the exchange rates for the British Pound and Japanese Yen against the Rupee were Rs. 102.0706 and Rs. 59.22, respectively, on March 7, reflecting a decrease from the previous day. The SDR-Rupee rate is determined based on this reference rate.
