of <h1>RBI Updates Exchange Rates: Dollar at Rs.61.92, Euro at Rs.83.93; Pound and Yen Also See Increases.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US dollar at Rs.61.9200 and for the Euro at Rs.83.9267 on January 22, 2014. The rates for the previous day were Rs.61.5355 for the US dollar and Rs.83.3750 for the Euro. Consequently, the exchange rate for the British Pound against the Rupee increased from Rs.101.0844 to Rs.101.9760, and for 100 Japanese Yen, it rose from Rs.58.87 to Rs.59.30. The SDR-Rupee rate will be determined based on this reference rate.
