Dialogues to enhance trade relations were re-initiated in 2011, leading to multiple rounds of talks and ministerial dialogues. Notable progress includes Pakistan's shift from a Positive List to a Negative List regime, expanding tradable items, and India's liberalization of investment restrictions.
