The OFS for divestment of 7.64% of Government of India’s equity in National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) was done today on both the stock exchanges i.e. BSE & NSE. The Issue was over-subscribed at 1.55 times and the Government will receive approximately Rs. 101 Crore towards divestment receipts.

The Company has been made compliant to the SCRR requirements of 10% shareholding norms.
