<h1>Reference rate publication: RBI's exchange-rate updates set basis for cross-currency conversions and SDR rupee valuation policy.</h1> Reserve Bank of India published the Reference Rate for the US dollar and the euro on July 22, 2013, noting prior-day comparators. The release also derives GBP and JPY rupee rates from the US dollar reference and cross currency mid rates, and states that the SDR rupee rate will be based on the published reference rate.
