Formation of a Helpdesk for the Authorized Economic Operator Programme at the Export Commissionerate, ACC Mumbai creates a dedicated contact point to resolve applicant queries, guide on deficiency memos, and reduce avoidable delays; nominated officers and an email address are provided for pre-filing and processing assistance, with a separate grievance email for unresolved issues. The Notice prescribes that this arrangement shall operate as a Standing Order for officers and staff nominated to the AEO Helpdesk, thereby formalising operational responsibility and channels for applicant support and expedited disposal of AEO applications.
