Export authorisations for wheat are to be applied online through the DGFT portal within a ten-day monthly window; authorisations are non-transferable and valid for six months, with extensions considered case-by-case by a Special Exim Facilitation Committee (Special EFC). Applicants must hold an active IEC and submit past export performance, confirmed contracts, and a chartered accountant certificate of five-year export turnover. Allocations and any re-allocations are recommended by the Special EFC based on prior export history or confirmed orders. Applications below 10,000 MT, misdeclared applications, or those submitted outside the portal or window will be disqualified.
