DGFT October 6, 2025 Circulars
The trade authority, invoking paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, extended the last date to file Annual RoDTEP Returns for FY 2023-24, allowing filings with a composition fee of Rs. 10,000 until 30.11.2025 (previously 30.09.2025); the extension is stated to facilitate export promotion and ease of doing business.
