Notification 39/2024 Customs increases the time-period for duty-free re-import of goods exported under warranty from 3 years to 5 years, further extendable by 2 years. Notification 31/2024 Customs amends the India-UAE CEPA Tariff notification regarding duty rates on precious metals.
