If the scheme is extended beyond 30th December, 2020, directors who fall in any of the categories mentioned above ought to be given an opportunity to avail of the same. - Since the Petitioners wish to start a new business, their DIN/DSC ought to be reactivated within a period of one week to enable them to conduct their fresh business in accordance with law - HC
