Dear Arjun,

There is no requirement to get the new registration certificate from the Service Tax Department.  You would have to use the New Code as provided by the Department while providing the taxable output services.  That's the only requirement.

Existing Registration Certificate is valid for conducting the business on or after 01-07-2012.
