Yes,You can , provided your purchases are declared with the authority for the relevant period for which assessment is completed.Also see whether the relevant State's authority are issuing online or offline form C.If it is offline manual , this will be more convenient.
Incase it is online , you have to get it issued from the authority on the basis of the purchase declaration.
In the unlike event where purchases are not declared,& the forms are issued online,you may face criticality ; but still remain hopeful and in case science does not work , you have to take shelter of the art of handling of your Ward people,

Yes , you can. But it will more dependent on theprovisions/ Rules of your State pertaining the CST Act. Further, such transactions should be mentioned in the Returns.
