Dear Sir,

I am registered in service tax. I am paying @ 10% service tax. Now the same has been increased from 10% to 12%.

Kindly inform me the effective date of service tax @ 12%.

Increase in rates are already in force...The same are already effective and now from today, service tax has to be paid at 12 %.
