About Income

mishal shah

Actually i am facing a problem related to HUF.

HUF - Is paying each and every year tax and his income is from 1 audited firm, but due to some circumstances in F.Y. 2010-11 the audited firm forgot to give a cheque and HUF does'nt have any income during the year and now the question is that he wants to pay the tax and so now how to show the income and what will be the entry.

Individual Seeks Advice on Reporting HUF Income for 2010-11 After Firm Fails to Issue Cheque An individual is facing an issue with their Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) regarding income tax. The HUF typically earns income from an audited firm and pays taxes annually. However, in the fiscal year 2010-11, the firm failed to issue a cheque, resulting in no income for the HUF that year. The individual seeks guidance on how to report this income and make the necessary tax entry. A respondent suggests that the issue might have already been resolved. (AI Summary)
