Advance Search in Case Laws: use subject filters and specialist databases plus court websites for focused legal research. A subscriber asked how to use the Advance Search in Case Laws. The adviser recommended first clarifying the specific area of law or tax to set appropriate search parameters, and then using specialist legal journals, commercial case-law services and official High Court and Supreme Court websites as primary resources for refined case-law research.
