To replace invoice number with Shipping bill number

Dear Sir,

 

I have entered Invoice Number instead of Shipping Bill Number in ANF-5B in DGFT, Bangalore.  Now, the Authorities are asking to submit the Shipping Bill Number.  What is to be done?  Please let me know.

Dear Sir,

 

You can bring this mistake to the kind knowledge of the DGFT, Bangalore by submitting the documentory evidences.  For redemption of EPCG, submit all the related documents such as Shipping Bills etc.

Thanks for ur reply.  We have already brought to the notice of the Department.  They have said to refill the Form ANF 5B.  Kindly let me know regarding this.

Kindly re-submit the ANF 5B to the concerned authorities with correct information and get the redemption of EPCG from the DGFT.
