We paid paid Service tax through e payment Rs 62931.00 on dated 7/10/2010 but we are not able to collect the challan. Ref No. IK05797094 Debit a/c No. 00000010593447617 Debit Bank KORADI

You have no option except to approach the bank to regenerate the Challan. If they are not cooperative, you may take the statement of bank account and transaction reference as proof of payment of service tax. It is always advisable that any person making the payment through internet banking, should take the printout immediately as soon as transaction is completed. Further, everyone should take the printout of screenshots of the transaction during payment process.
