It is wrong to say that full cenvat credit is available to ssi units only. Full cenvat credit is available to all those units who are eligible to become ssi unit whether they are ssi or not. in other terms if local sale i.e. sale in india is less than Rs. four crore during the year 2009-10 then you can claim full credit on capital goods in the year of purchase itself.
