Online platforms tax questions doubt

Sundaraiah kollipara

sir,

Any taxation (gst and it) questions asked to online platforms like chatgpt or gemini used after received answers correct or not correct.

Taxation advice from AI platforms cannot be relied upon as legally binding; verify statutes and consult experts. AI responses to GST and income tax queries are not legally binding and can contain inaccuracies or hallucinations; users must verify answers against statutes and consult experts, because responsibility for reliance rests with the user and factual distinctions may change applicability. It is siad by the eminent advocates that, even Supreme Court judgements are not infallible. Likewise the answers sought on AI platforms. Although the instant assistance of such tools is quite appreciable, but it has no legal strength. Therefore it is always safer to double check with statutes or/and with experts.

Cannot be relied upon. It is only help to go ahead in right direction. Responsibility is yours. Moreover, facts and circumstances of each case are not 100% same. Examine the applicability of any case law carefully.

I agree with reply of Sh.Sadanand Bulbule, Sir.

Many AIs halucinate i.e. they tell answers that you wish to hear.

So if you wish to hear credit is eligible, it will make a reply that way!

So beware.
