Whether supplier has to pay gst in case he do not issue RCM invoice for his customers and the customer is not paid RCM

also if the supplier has to pay then does he need to pay along with interest

Suppliers Not Liable for GST on RCM Services if Invoice Not Issued; Recipient Responsible for Payment and Interest A discussion on a forum addressed whether a supplier must pay GST if they fail to issue a Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) invoice and the customer has not paid RCM. Participants concluded that the supplier is not required to pay GST on services covered under RCM, as the liability falls on the recipient. If the recipient is liable, they must also pay any applicable interest. A typographical error was clarified during the discussion, and participants expressed agreement with each other's insights. Supplier is supposed to mention "Whether GST is payable by recipient under Reverse charge" Y/N. If yes the recipient will pay GST.

Supplier is not responsible to pay GST on the service which is covered under reverse charge notification.

Not issuing a proper invoice could at the most nbe a procedural non-compliance. No need to pay the tax by supplier when it is liable under RCM

Tax liability under RCM in respect of specified goods/services/persons is on the recipient not on supplier .The recipient is responsible to pay also interest if chargeable as per the prescribed procedure of GST . I also agree on the views of other learned friends.
