We are operating a Pvt Ltd company having three Directors. All Directors are from the same family i.e. Husband, wife & Son. One of Director is having Proprietorship concern which is having registered GST and the same Director is also having Farm House with joint name of his wife.

At their farm house they are growing agricultural products such as Vegetables, Rice, etc. Since we have canteen in our company the owner of the farm house wants to supply vegetable and rice at a reasonable rate to the company.
