Inquiry on GST Concession for Handicapped Individuals: Certification from Heavy Industries vs. RTO Certificate Requirement A user inquired about the process for handicapped individuals to receive a GST concession on cars, referencing a requirement for certification from heavy industries. They questioned why the ministry requires an additional RTO certificate when a doctor has already certified the individual's ability to drive. The response provided a link to a document related to excise duty concessions, suggesting further reference for clarification on the procedure. (AI Summary)
