Warehouse for suppliers within company premises

Dear All,

We are looking for possibility for of having a warehouse for our suppliers in our company premises.In a way the suppliers will place materials at the warehouse and invoice(to us) will be made during the removal of material from the warehouse.

Any procedure to be followed please advice.

In GST Regime your supplier would have to show the place of Business for warehouse in his additional place of business and GST Registration certificate of your supplier needs to be displayed accordingly.
