Hi,

Exporter wants to export 5 apple phone outside to USA , NOC from Apple is required ?

Brand NOC is mendatory for Export , is there any notification in this regard

In my view, the merchant exporter requires to produce disclaimer certificate from the manufacturer and that too for claiming refund/rebate of GST paid.It is natural that merchant exporter will claim refund of GST paid to manufacturer.

I have seen many people trading iPhone all over world & selling on ebay & other portals, nope NOC for iphone is not required in my view for just 5 pcs.
