Dear Experts,

I have queries related to GST :

1. Dealer who are required to file GST quarterly return, whether Form is available in portal? (I have seen in portal but no such form found) or whether we have to file monthly?

2. In Case of Composition Dealer, My Client has opted for Composition scheme at the time of date of appointment then in october he opted out from Composition Scheme. Now in Portal it is shows monthly return. whether opting out from composition scheme is effective from 1st july or I have to file GSTR 4? and also i am trying to file CMP 3 but at the time of availing option for stock intimation it shows that you have opted out from composition scheme. I also send a mail to help desk but still no response received.
