REGISTRETION

VIJAYANT DUBEY

SIR MUJHE ARN NO. MIL GYA H AB MUJHE AAGE KYA KRNA HOGA JISSE MERA REGISTRETION PURA HO JAYE

GST provisional registration: provisional certificate follows ARN; interstate labour supply requires additional state registration and may attract IGST. Receipt of an ARN initiates GST registration but applicants must await a provisional registration certificate, typically sent by email unless departmental delay or clarification is shown. Supply of labour by manpower or labour contractors is excluded from the Reverse Charge Mechanism under GST, so such supplies are outside RCM even if the supplier is registered as a civil contractor. Interstate labour supply requires an additional registration in the State of supply, linked to the original registration and resulting in IGST treatment; non-core registration fields may be amended online. Sir,

I had applied for Fresh GST Registration on 01st August 2017. I have received my Temprarory ID and ARN Number but I have not received My GSTin Number User ID and Password.

Please advise me what should i do now...??

Please reply......

KASTURI SETHI on Aug 11, 2017

Click on the status and you will find different reasons for delay. If clarification is required, submit clarification. If delay is on the part of department, you are to wait for. Normally, Provisional registration is received within a week. In one of my client's case, it took 15 days without any query or clarification. Provisional registration was received automatically through email.

to use dusre state me bi registration lena hoga kya

or agar usne lilya to igst fir kyo h

KASTURI SETHI on Sep 24, 2017

You will have to apply for new registration in the State where you have supplied labour.

KASTURI SETHI on Sep 24, 2017

Your registration in another State is additional and linked to Original registration. Additional is not basic. Hence IGST.

KASTURI SETHI on Sep 24, 2017

I am of the view that Govt. should allow additional place of business in another State instead of additional registration. This provision is illogical and csuses problem to the assessee. Govt. revenue is safe if it is done so. No danger to ITC policy. I advise you raise voice by way of making representation to GST Council. This should be done through Association of Industry or Service Providers. It may yield results. If you sit silent, you will not get anything. So make all out efforts.

VIJAYANT DUBEY on Sep 24, 2017
