We expecting order from UAE, Customer is ready to issue order in INR with LC. Can we do such transaction & we will get the MEIS benefit for said transaction. We checked with bank , bank will issue e-brc in INR Currency . Kindly advise us with details document prcoess.

Government provide export incentives like DBK & MEIS only if you do a deal in foreign currency, because that benefit the most for our country leads to providing you incentives. In case of INR : MEIS is eligible subject to realisation of payment in INR through VOSTRO account only as quoted in above reply.
