We have late file ER 1 as we are unaware of provision of ER 1 that it should be filled as soon as we got registered. We thought we should file after production get started. So, we have filed return from April to August late. So, for this we have received notice from superintendent for late filling return from April to August ₹ 100 per day. How can we reduce that?
