Issues in ER-1 Return filling

Dear Sir,

I have filed 3 months ER-1 returns. But I have received some issues in these Returns which are give below:

1.There are calculation errors in the duty payable amount!!

2.The entered rate of duty does not exist as a valid rate of duty!!

3.Figures of the opening balance in the current return and the closing balance in the previous filed return do not match.

Please guide me to resolve these issues.

Sir, I think these are regular comments appearing in the E.R.1 returns even though the calculations, rate of duty and opening and closing balance are correct. Even I am also facing the same after filing my monthly E.R.1 returns. Can experts throw some light on this.

If remarks are appearing regularly despite correct filing of ER.I return, it may due to snag in the software. Matter should be brought to the notice of ACES System, Chennai through 'Help desk'. They respond immediately.
