Help-Can we claim now of TDS Refund for Ay 2015-16

I have a some query which I Can Elaborate as Follows :-

1.I Have been filled my Income tax return for AY 2015-16 Which was 'NIL' return & got the intimation U/s 143(1) as same what we filled in Income tax return.Thus, No Tax Payable.

2.However, i got to know yesterday that Bank has deduct a TDS on FDR interest which was pertains to AY 2015-16.

So, How can I claim of such TDS Refund through Department.Although, One year has been elapsed for filling the revised return.i.e. 31st march 2016 ?.
