Query in Form 402

if we fill form no. 402 for bringing material from outside state , in this form we have been asked consigned value in Basic Info. Sheet & commodity value in the sheet of commodity Details , so which figure will be entered in both places....

Consignment value and commodity value should be same. Please check the instructions given for filling up the form. Thanks.
