If a farmer want to export his goods from his farm, then is stuffing possible in farm with seal ? How it could be done ?, please enlighten.

According to me the farm and the goods are not covered under Central Excise and hence, you may have to explore the possibilities of getting from Customs Authorities from the post of export for extending such facility /permission based on your application, the Commissioner of customs may direct the local excise officials to attend for supervising such stuffing.

This is only a suggestion and probably, I may not be right in this angle.
