Recently we opened a trading company in Bengaluru, and taken IEC code also, I want to clarify few things

1) what are the documents and the procedure to become Merchant Exporter

2) If buy Goods directly from the Manufacturer and exporting what are the advantages (vat and any other govt charges)

3) if I buy goods from the Local distributor or a stockist and exporting what are the advantages (vat and any other govt charges)
