Our client has various Restaurant Pan India Basis. Foreign tourist frequently visit in these restaurants and after dining make payment in foreign exchange and some time make foreign exchange payment through credit cards also. Now as per notified list of services mentioned under Para 3D of Foreign Trade Policy,Restaurant services also notified under Tourism Services for SEIS Incentive. My query is whether my client can avail prescribed incentive under SEIS when they are earning foreign currency by rendering notified services, if answer is yes what are the documents required to be furnished to file the claim for incentive
