Asked by
EPCG scheme applicability for de-bonded capital goods when duty relief has lapsed and export is proposed using installed machinery.
Enquiry concerns whether de-bonded capital goods that have completed the long-use period at EOU exit can be exported without an EPCG licence or duty recovery, and whether functioning machinery used to produce export goods requires prior EPCG authorization before export. (AI Summary)

Dear sir,

We are the manufacturing of Chemical and other products and we want to Export capital goods .

These all Capital good are de-bonding and at the the time of EOU Exit & we have not paid duty due to completion of 10 Years.

Please advise in this matter .

Thanks and Regards,

SNE

2.

We have not take a EPCG license for above plant and machinery .

For example : at the time of Exit of EOU we have 10 Plant and machinery .

5 Machinery purchased before 15 years , so there is no any duty payment & we want to Export these 5 Plant and machinery .

For rest of 5 Machinery we have to take EPCG license and these all machinery is running condition and we have to produce FG and export with the help to all 5 Nos. machinery .

Please suggest .

Regards,

SNE
