dear sir,

as we have supplied our goods to one of SEZ units in tambaram chennai. now we are preparing for claiming the duty drawback from sez . can you tell me the procedure to how to claim it from the SEZ unit.

Refer Rule 30 of the SEZ Act. Bill of Export needs to be signed prior to sending of material to SEZ and Payment should be received in Foreign Currency.
