Required documents include export bills, supplier invoices, and payment proof. Reimbursements are based on the All Industry Rate of drawback or actual duty paid if the rate is unavailable. Claims are processed by the Development Commissioner within 30 days, and original payment documents are marked accordingly. The procedure applies to goods received in SEZs from February 10, 2006, onwards.
