1.

Dear Sandeep,

Central Excise Return are required to be submitted on line through www.aces.gov.in and the help/support is also mentioned on this Governmental Portal. Further, for practice you may also download the utility and improve your skills/understanding by hit and trail.

Regards,

YAGAY and SUN

2. Yes the ACES has template and the template has got the guidelines as to how the return should be filled up. Actually we may step wise put forth the way the return should be filled up. But more you will be benefited if you try on your own by try and error.

It is very simple. Go step by step as guided by both experts. This forum is not meant for teaching ABC of ACES system. You are welcome to seek guidance in this aspect, if you face any technical problem specifically. For filing return ACES for the first time, do so under supervision of someone who can operate system efficiently. There is always a world of difference between theory and practice.Thereafter, you need practice again and again to be quick and fool proof as already communicated by Sh.Ganeshan Kalyani Ji.
